(ORAL) This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 53 dated 28.05.2014 registered under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS) at Police Station Lakho Ke Behram, District Ferozepur.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and carefully gone through the paper-book.

Initially, the petitioner was granted interim bail by the trial Court as by that time report of the Chemical Examiner has not been received. Now, report of the Chemical Examiner has been received, therefore, the petitioner has to surrender before the trial Court and thereafter, he can apply for regular bail.
