In paragraph 12 of the peƟƟon, the peƟƟoner has menƟoned that he has no criminal history. However, State counsel submits that the peƟƟoner has concealed the criminal history of the cases which were registered subsequent to the registraƟon of the present FIR.

At this stage, counsel for the peƟƟoner submits that it was due to lack of proper instrucƟons and prayed for withdrawal of the present peƟƟon with liberty to file fresh peƟƟon aŌer menƟoning all the criminal history. 4.

Given above, the present peƟƟon stands disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. All pending miscellaneous applicaƟons, if any, stand disposed of.
