(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for directing respondents No.1 to 3 to register an FIR against respondents No.4 to 7 or to decide the representation of the petitioner within a stipulated period, not to register any false case against the petitioner and her family and protect the life and liberty of the petitioner.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, however, without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Superintendent of Police, Mewat, to look into the grievance of the petitioner specifically made in representation dated 02.01.2015 (Annexure P-2) and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
