(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.199 dated 26.08.2017 under Sections 436, 427, 121, 148, 149 and 120-B IPC and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of Prevention of Damage of Public Property Act, at Police Station Raman, District Bathinda. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated February 01, 2018, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated February 01, 2018, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
