Learned State counsel submits that as per reply, the trial has ended in acquittal of accused persons. There is no representation from respondent no. 1 despite service.
The instant petition is, therefore, disposed of as having rendered infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to avail of the appropriate remedy for redressal of his grievance on the application under Section 311 Cr.P.C., wherever the acquittal is challenged.
