Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the grievance raised in this petition, he has also filed a representation, Annexure P-6. However, no decision has been taken thereon.

Ms. Palika Monga, DAG Haryana, who has been furnished advance copy of the petition, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. At the outset, she submits that in case representation, Annexure P-6 has been received in the office of the concerned authority, a decision thereon shall be taken at the earliest, in any case not later than six weeks. Same shall be conveyed to the petitioner. Petitioner is satisfied with the aforesaid statement. In view of above, this court does not intend to pass any further order at this stage. Disposed off.
