   No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners. However, in the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, the fact that the offences for which the accused have been hauled up are not of serious nature, together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in resolving the personal dispute and in bringing about peace and harmony and in view of the law laid down in '()*%(*+,-%.)./
