Seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondents No. 2 to 6 in the above-captioned FIR, the petitioner has come up before this Court. 2.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that with the intervention of the Court, the matter was referred to the mediation and the matter was settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and respondents are not adhering to the terms of settlement and prayed for cancellation of bail granted to them. 3.
Counsel for the accused/respondents No.2 to 6 submit that they have complied with all the terms and conditions of the compromise and shall abide by them. Further they shall comply the same in letter and spirit. 4.
Given above, counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one in case need so arises. 5.
Disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
