As per allegations, petitioner being a Lambardar had identified an impersonator at the time of execution of the sale deed. It was contended that there was a dispute between family members and a written compromise has been arrived at on 4.9.2015 whereupon even the FIR stands quashed by this Court vide order dated 17.12.2015 qua rest of the accused. The relief could not be extended to the present petitioner since he was away to USA and is stated to have been declared PO. Vide order dated 14.3.2016 while issuing notice of motion, petitioner, on surrendering before the trial court within 10 days, was directed to be released on interim bail.

At the time of hearing,learned counsel submits that pursuant to the said order petitioner has surrendered before the trial court on 17.3.2016 and was released on interim bail. The said factual position is not disputed by the learned State counsel.

In view of the above, interim bail granted by the trial court pursuant to the order dated 14.3.2016 passed by this court, is made absolute.

Disposed of.
