RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for transfer of investigation in case FIR No.220, dated 24.12.2020, under Sections 376(2)(N) and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Guhla, District Kaithal, to any independent agency.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that prosecution has filed cancellation report in the Court.

In view of the above statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedies before the Court concerned where the cancellation report has been filed.
