ARUN PALLI, J (Oral) At the outset, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, on instructions, submits, for the conveyance deed dated 16.05.2024 has already been executed in favour of the petitioners and after due approval/ sanction has been handed over to them on 17.05.2024, nothing substantial survives in the petition.

That being so, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the wake of the subsequent developments, the petition be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
