Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No. 1 to 3 for conducting fair and impartial inquiry in case DDR No. 24 dated 11.9.2017 recorded in FIR No. 80 dated 10.9.2017 (Annexure P1), registered at Police Station Sadar, Budhlada, District Mansa and to arrest the erring persons.
