Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No. 1 to 3 for conducting fair and impartial inquiry in case DDR No. 24 dated 11.9.2017 recorded in FIR No. 80 dated 10.9.2017 (Annexure P1), registered at Police Station Sadar, Budhlada, District Mansa and to arrest the erring persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 30.11.2017 (Annexure P3) to respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police, Mansa, but the same remained unattended till now.
