(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for issuance of direction to respondents No.3 and 4 to comply with the provisions of Section 160 Cr.P.C. as petitioner has alleged to be harassed by police authorities by calling him in police station without any notice.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is being harassed by police authorities without any justification. If at all presence of petitioner is required, notice under Section 160 Cr.P.C. may be issued.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, however, without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - RAVINDER SINGH 2015.03.23 17:11 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
