The present first petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.40 dated 02.03.2021 registered under Sections 406, 420, 506 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Mundkati, District Palwal. 2.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
