(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for handing over investigation in case FIR No.59 dated 23.06.2015 registered under Sections 376 and 506 IPC at Police Station Bhindi Saidan, District Amritsar Rural to Crime Branch or any other independent agency.

Learned State counsel submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that cancellation report in the instant case has been filed on 25.10.2018 in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ajnala.
