MEENAKSHI I. MEHTA, J.(Oral) The petitioners herein have sought the relief of anticipatory/ pre-arrest bail in the criminal case arisen out of the FIR bearing No.31 dated 17.05.2022 registered at Police Station Kahnuwan, District Gurdaspur, under Section 498-A IPC.

Today, learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Rakesh Kumar from the afore-referred Police Station, informs the Court that in compliance of the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench on 10.06.2022, the petitioners have joined in the investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required and they are also not involved in any other YAG DUTT 2023.10.03 18.31 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgement

In view of the above-discussed submission as made by learned State counsel, the present petition is allowed and the relief of interim bail, as extended to the petitioners named Ajit Singh, Narinder Kaur and Jaswinder Singh by the Co-ordinate Bench vide the said order dated 10.06.2022, is hereby made absolute.

However, the petitioners shall continue to join in the investigation as and when required/called upon to do so and shall also strictly abide by all the conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (MEENAKSHI I. MEHTA) October 03, 2023 JUDGE Yag Dutt Whether speaking/reasoned:
