(Oral) After arguing the matter for some time, counsel for the petitioner, finding that the Court is not inclined to grant the concession of bail to the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, however, submits that since the petitioner is in custody for the last 02 years, 11 months and 14 days and till date no PW has been examined, the trial Court may be directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
