The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.753 dated 30.12.2016 registered under Sections 406, 498-A and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station City Yamuna Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar and all subsequent proceedings arising out of the said FIR, on the basis of compromise.

During the pendency of the present petition, the instant FIR stands quashed vide order dated 02.06.2023 passed in CRM-M-17824-2023 and hence, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
