Present bunch of four review petitions the details of which are mentioned in the heading, involve common point of law and common set of facts, hence, they are being dealt together.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners only intend to make a representation to the respondents-department, in case the work of the post i.e. the post of clerk on which the petitioners were working with the respondents-department is still in existence, then the RIYA 2025.05.02 11:11 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

RA-CW-173-2020 in CWP-20724-2018 (O&M)AND CONNECTED CASES -2petitioners can be adjusted on the said post subject to discretion/decision of the Competent Authority and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the respondents to decide the said representation by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case, the petitioners filed any representation with the authority concerned claiming the said relief recorded herein above, the same will be considered and an appropriate speaking order will be passed by the authority concerned within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case the claim of the petitioners is found feasible to be accepted, an appropriate order will be passed and in case the same is not found feasible to be accepted, detailed reasons for rejecting the claim of the petitioners will be mentioned in the speaking order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that keeping in view the statement of counsel for respondents No. 3 & 4, the present review petitions may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to file a representation with respondents as stated herein before. 6.
