* * * * Mr. DS Adhlakha, Advocate, who filed this appeal, did not put in appearance on a number of dates. A notice was ultimately issued to the sole appellant, Mr. Sher Singh. It has now been reported that he has since expired. Counsel for the appellant has again not put in appearance. LRs of the deceased appellant have also not been brought on record.

In the absence of the LRs, no further action can be taken. Consequently, the appeal is ordered to be consigned to record with liberty to the LRs to get it revived, in case of need by moving an appropriate application(s).
