Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No. 1 to 3 to protect the lives and liberty of the petitioner and his family at the hands of private respondent Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that by now no FIR has been registered against the petitioner and he is being repeatedly harassed and called to the police station without any reason and at the instance of opposite party. Learned counsel further contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 5.10.2017 (Annexure P1) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Ludhiana Rural, but the same remained unattended till now.
