*** Ritu Bahri, J. (Oral) This petition under Section 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos. 2 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners.

The petitioner had registered a case against Kuldip Singh, Kulvir Singh and Hardip Singh but in the said F.I.R, the cancellation report has been submitted due to political pressure. Now, the opposite party registered F.I.R No. 53 dated 30.06.2020 at P.S. Doroaha. One another F.I.R No. 24 dated 02.03.2020 under section 323/452/506/34 IPC has been registered at P.S. Doraha against the brother of the petitioner i.e Jagjit Singh and his nephew.

Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Samina Dhir, DAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State.
