Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No. 1 to 3 to safeguard the lives and liberty of petitioner and his family at the hands of private respondents and for taking legal action against them. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made representations dated 9.12.2017 & 11.12.2017 (Annexures P4 & P5), respectively to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar Rural, but the same remained unattended till now. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar Rural, is directed to look into the representation dated 11.12.2017 (Annexure P5) and take required action expeditiously, if any, as per law.
