Limited prayer is addressed for decision of representation dated 07.12.2017 (Annexure P2) submitted by the petitioner to respondent No.3 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur.

It is alleged that respondents No.5 to 13 armed with Dangs, sticks, swords etc. tried to forcibly enter the petitioner's house with an intention to kill them. They threatened to abduct the petitioner. This incident took place pursuant to respondent No.5 first coming to the petitioner's house and attempting to rape her. The said representation, it is submitted, was tendered personally in the office of respondent No.3 thereafter, another reminder was sent by the petitioner on 01.01.2018 by Speed-post. A photocopy of the receipt thereof, produced in Court today, is taken on record subject to just exceptions. It is clarified that there is no expression of opinion on the merits of the case or the genuineness or otherwise of the averments in this petition/representation dated 07.12.2017.
