Admittedly, services of all the Art and Craft Teachers (appellants herein) have been dispensed with as the selection was found to be vitiated yet petitioners-appellants approached the writ court praying for a writ in the nature of mandamus to allow them to continue in services till the regular candidates joined. This prayer was rejected by learned Single Judge. We find no infirmity with the order. Present appeal is hereby dismissed.
