After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. He, however prays that a direction may be issued to learned trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of three months.

In view of above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from today.
