(Oral) The petitioner seeks the grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.105 dated 12.05.2022 under Sections 308, 506 read with Section 34 IPC registered at Police Station City Bahalgarh, District Sonipat, Haryana.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 13.06.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

The learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 13.06.2022 and is not required for custodial interrogation.

The learned counsel for the complainant has vehemently opposed the bail application. However, nothing specific was pointed out as to why the custodial interrogation of the petitioner was required. In this view of the matter, interim order dated 13.06.2022 is made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and she shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
