Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala, who has been arrayed as respondent No.4, to take action on the basis of some grievances of the petitioner, which have been detailed in complaint (Annexure P3) herein. The complaint (Annexure P3) was never addressed or even endorsed to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala. In view of that, present petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to make a proper representation to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala and if his grievance is not redressed, then he may approach this Court.
