(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.09 dated 12.02.2019 under Sections 406/498-A IPC registered at Police Station Police Rawal Pindi, Kapurthala, District Kapurthala.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 21.05.2019 of this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sukhdev Singh, does not dispute the aforesaid fact.

Criminal Misc. No. M-23261 of 2019 -2I have heard learned counsel for the parties. Considering the fact that the petitioner is brother-in-law of the complainant and he has joined the investigation and the fact whether the passport is with the petitioner is yet to be established during trial, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 21.5.2019 is made absolute.
However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when directed by the investigating agency and shall abide by the terms and conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. September 03, 2019 ( HARI PAL VERMA ) AK JUDGE Whether speaking / reasoned?
