FATEH DEEP SINGH, J. (Oral) The matter has been taken up through video-conferencing on account of outbreak of pandemic COVID19. The petitioner has come up in this civil writ petition under articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking a prayer by way of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 14.07.2021 (Annexure P-6) and release the service benefits to the petitioner alongwith interest @ 9% per annum.
