The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

The present petition is filed seeking quashing of chargesheet dated 7.4.2020 and order dated 15.4.2020 dismissing the petitioner from service.

The petitioner was in service in 10 th Battalion, Garhwal Rifles.
