***** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The petitioners seek the grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in a case bearing FIR No.68 dated 09.05.2022 under Sections 323, 341, 452, 506, 427 and 34 IPC registered with Police Station Sadar Khanna, Ludhiana.

The learned State counsel submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 13.06.2022 and are not required for custodial interrogation.

In this view of the matter, interim order dated 13.06.2022 is made absolute.

However, the petitioners shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and they shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands disposed of.
