(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for directing respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, however, without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - IGP (Patiala Zone), Patiala, to look into the grievance of the petitioner specifically made in representation dated 31.01.2015 (Annexure P-1) and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
