(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for rejection of application filed by respondent No.2 for cancellation of bail granted to the petitioner by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar, vide order dated 10.01.2017 in case FIR No.119 dated 10.12.2016 registered under Sections 420/120-B IPC. Heard.

Petitioner is relegated to the Court, where the complainant has filed application for cancellation of his bail with liberty to raise all the pleas, which have been raised in this petition. Concerned Court is directed to decide the application for cancellation of bail of the petitioner on merits in accordance with law.
