 Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Hardev Singh states that the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation are no longer required.

 Learned counsel for the complainant has opposed the confirmation of bail and submits that still some recovery is yet to be effected. However, counsel for the petitioners submits that the situation is other way around and all the gift articles received from the complainant side have been returned but the gifts given to the girl by the petitioners and their relatives are not being returned. At this stage, this Court is not inclined towards the said recoveries of articles from both the parties. In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 23.08.20222 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners is made absolute. The petitioners shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency. In the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioners shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C
