(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is for quashing of FIR No.13 dated 12.04.2024 registered under Sections 420, 406, 120-B IPC at Police Station NRI, District Police Commissionerate Jlaandhar (Annexure P-1) and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 13.05.2024 arrived at between the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh petition with better particulars.
