**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (Oral) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to the official respondents to take action against private respondent No.7 in view of representation dated 25.07.2016 moved at the instance of the petitioners.

Learned State counsel while referring to the reply submits that an inquiry by the Superintendent of Police, Vigilance Bureau Unit, Fatehgarh Sahib was conducted upon the allegations levelled against respondent No.7 and in the said inquiry respondent No.7 was found to be innocent vide report dated 31.05.2019.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail his legal remedy in accordance with law.
