This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution for protection of life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No. 4 to 11 and directing the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation dated 17.02.2026 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2- I.G.P.Patiala Zone, Patiala but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2- I.G.P.Patiala Zone, Patiala to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest.
