(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to take action against the accused named in the complaint (Annexure P-1) and to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of the accused.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, however, without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur, to look into the grievance of the petitioner specifically made in representation dated 21.01.2015 (Annexure P-1) and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
