Learned counsel has, however, informed that the petitioner/accused wishes to examine one more DW. In view of the aforestated position, it cannot be said that the Trial is being delayed.

Since, the trial is at its fag end, this Court does not deem appropriate to grant bail given the fact that some serious allegations have been levelled.
