*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J. (Oral) Petitioner has approached this Court under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure to seek regular bail in case FIR No.96 dated 20.06.2019 under Section 379-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Division No.2, District Ludhiana.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Kulbir Singh states that the trial in the subject FIR ended in acquittal of the petitioner through judgment dated 20.12.2021.

In view of the above, the present petition is rendered infructuous.
