(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned State counsel has informed that the trial is at its fag end inasmuch as the matter is now fixed for recording defence evidence before the trial Court. In view of the aforestated position, this Court does not deem it appropriate to grant bail at this belated stage. The trial Court is however, is directed to expedite the conclusion of trial provided the accused renders utmost cooperation for the same. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
