(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Sections 304-B/302/120-B/34 IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No.250, dated 17.08.2015, registered at Police Station City Mandi Dabwali, Distt. Sirsa.
Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Atma Ram, submits that out of 24 witnesses, the statement of only 07 formal witnesses have been recorded and the statement of complainant has not been recorded.
Keeping in view the gravity of offence that the death of Sunita had occurred just nine month after her marriage, no ground is made out to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
