(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No. 414, dated 25.11.2012, registered at Police Station Sampla, Rohtak, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Sections 307/353/186 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act. Vide order dated 05.12.2014, the bail application of the petitioner was dismissed wherein it has been mentioned that there 5 more cases i.e F.I.R No. 178/05 u/s 148/149/323/285/506 IPC, F.I.R No. 167/09 u/s 302/201/120-B IPC, F.I.R No. 344/10 u/s 25-54-59 of Arms Act, F.I.R No. 132/11 u/s 148/149/302IPC, F.I.R No. 390/12 u/s 307 IPC and 25-54-59 of Arms Act and F.I.R No. 415/12 u/s 174 IPC.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Sub Inspector Balkar Singh submits that in F.I.R No. 167, he has been acquitted, in F.I.R No. 132, he is on bail and the other F.I.R's are pending against him. Crl. Misc. No. M-938 of 2015 (O&M) -2other cases pending against the petitioner is with regard to firing upon the police officials.

The petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2012 I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and with their able assistance gone through the material available on record.

Keeping in view the period of incarceration of the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the evidence in three dates, failing which the petitioner shall make an application for grant of regular bail.
