Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No. 290 dated 19.5.2004, under Section 406, 408, 409 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Sadar, District Patiala and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned State counsel has submitted that after further investigation of the case, again cancellation report has been submitted in the Court.

In view of the submissions made by the learned State counsel, this petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
