(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 and 3, for handing over investigation in case FIR No. 114 dated 26.07.2018 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 407, 408, 120-B and 201 IPC at Police Station Haibowal, District Ludhaina, to some independent agency or Special Investigation Team, headed by some senior IPS Officer, preferably by Economic Offences Wing.

Heard.

Since, a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.10.2018, in CRM-M-47071-2018, had already issued directions to the concerned Superintendent of Police, to look into the matter in the aforesaid FIR, therefore, no separate directions are required to be issued in the instant case. Therefore, finding no merit in the instant petition, the same is dismissed.
