Fearing for life and liberty at the hands of the private respondent No.5, the petitioners have come up before this Court seeking protection through the State, by invoking her fundamental rights of life guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India.

Counsel appearing for respondent No.5 submits that there is nothing to fear from her.

Given the categoric stand of respondent No.5 that there is no threat to life of the petitioners from the hands of private respondent No.5, no further orders are required to pass in the present petition. It is clarified that in case, the petitioners apprehend any threat in future, they are at liberty to file application for protection to the concerned SHO who shall take conscious decision without any delay. 4.

Petition is disposed of in the terms mentioned above. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
