(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.20, dated 31.10.2019, under Sections 406/498-A/ 323 IPC, registered at Police Station Ludhiana Rural, District Ludhiana, and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel for the petitioners candidly submits that he wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy.
