NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Perusal of the order sheets shows that the matter pertains to the year 2013 and notice of motion was issued on 30.08.2023. When this matter was listed for hearing on 22.11.2013, following order was passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court:- "On the last two consecutive dates i.e. 7.10.2013 and 30.8.2013, none cause appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Today, a written request has been circulated on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner on the ground that he has go to out of station to attend the marriage of some relative. Adjourned sine die.

Registry is directed to send a copy of the order to the petitioner."

Today, there is no representation on behalf of petitioner, despite the case having been called twice. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or his counsel is no more interested in pursuing the present revision petition.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
