Prayer made in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.35 dated 18.03.2025 registered under Sections 427, 466, 474, 120-B IPC at Police Station, Sadar Ferozepur, District Ferozepur. 2.

Vide order dated 25.04.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 25.04.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute.

Learned State counsel, on instructions has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation. 5.

In view of the above, interim order dated 25.04.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. 6.

Petition stands allowed.
